In Tibet, there are three revered mountains representing the Triad Holy Mountains of Jambudvipa. These mountains are Mt. Kailash, Mt. Labchi Kang, and Mt. Tsari (Tragpo Shelkar). They hold great significance in both Tibetan Buddhist and Hindu ancient literature. Considered paramount spiritual mountains, they symbolize different aspects of the body, speech, and soul. Mt. Kailash represents the body or the brain, Mt. Labchi Kang signifies the throat or the speech, and Mt. Tsari represents the soul or the compassionate heart. These mountains hold profound spiritual energy and are sacred to both Buddhists and Hindus. Each of these mountains is further divided into eight sections, making a total of 24 significant power places in Jambudvipa. They are revered as core power places on the Jambudvipa continent.
